Join me for a fantastic day fishing trip, spend a day on the water, catch some big fish, and experience what the ocean has to offer.
I depart from Half moon bay boat ramp in Ara Tai Approx No 34, coming from Pigeon Mountain Road heading to the end, near the farry, Half moon bay, Bucklands Beach South, Auckland (http://www.wises.co.nz/l/Auckland/Half+Moon+Bay/Ara+Tai/#c/2rtbl/70w6d/0/), at around 5:30am and return at approx 3:30pm.
Fishing area:
The Hauraki Gulf and Cape Colville, coromandel.
The Hauraki Gulf is the marine gateway and the coastal feature of the North Island of New Zealand. It has a total area of 4000 km², It lies in the Auckland Region and stretches between Waitemata Harbour, the Coromandel Peninsula, and the Hauraki Plains, its sheltered waters are studded with over 50 islands and islets make it a fisherman's paradise. Hauraki is Mâori for North Wind.
The two largest islands of the Hauraki Gulf are Great Barrier and Waiheke.
Cape Colville is the northernmost point of the Coromandel Peninsula in New Zealand's North Island. It lies 85 kilometres north of Thames, and 70 kilometres northeast of the city of Auckland, on the other side of the Hauraki Gulf.

Your skipper Salah is a keen fisherman (Day Skipper and VHF, RRO certified) who has a passion on the sea and has many good fishing xperiences.
